The Team

Scott founded Rialto Management Corp. in 2001 and serves as its President, running a management company that tailors its management plan to each owner’s needs. Overseeing more than 100 buildings has given him an owner’s view of how a New York building actually operates, and of the compliance and violation issues that come with it — the same perspective he brings to pricing and positioning a space. Scott came to real estate from law: a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Jake joined Rialto Management Corp. after graduating from Boston University in 2022, gaining hands-on management experience while overseeing a portfolio of more than 25 buildings and eventually going on to run Rialto’s commercial leasing department. Through his work in property management, Jake developed a strong interest in the relationship-driven side of real estate and found himself increasingly drawn to leasing and brokerage.

That interest led Jake to focus on growing RPNY alongside his brother, bringing with him the practical perspective gained from managing properties and working directly with owners, tenants, and prospective renters. Today, in addition to his work at Rialto, he focuses on expanding RPNY’s residential and commercial brokerage business while taking a hands-on approach to each transaction.

Josh Lerman is a licensed real estate salesperson and a graduate of the George Washington University School of Business. In addition to working on financial operations at Rialto Management Corp., Josh co-founded Rialto Compliance Consulting Group in 2024 and works with RPNY on residential and commercial listings throughout New York City.
